Common Questions

Are subscriptions required for everyone?

Subscriptions are required for every coach with active coaching engagements. Subscriptions can be purchased monthly or on an annual basis for cost-savings.

What’s an active engagement?

Active engagements are indicated by engagement status. The status of an engagement may be unpublished, active, paused, or completed. Active engagements are current engagements with future sessions scheduled.

How many active engagements are allowed per subscription?

Coaches with subscriptions can have an unlimited number of active coaching engagements and connections.

Can I add people to my network for free?

Yes. Only coaches with active coaching engagements need subscriptions. You can invite unlimited admins, coaches, stakeholders, and coachees to create accounts and connect with you at no cost. It is free for each user to set up their account.

Does everyone need to come to this site to set up an account?

No! You can send invitations to connect with others through your account. They don’t have to purchase a subscription or have any other obligations to CoachLogix.

If a coach no longer needs a subscription, can I assign it to another coach?

Yes. Our subscription manager automatically assigns any available subscriptions you have to coaches that need one. Subscriptions are not attached to any one coach. You can check the status of your subscription usage anytime under Settings > Subscriptions.

How secure is CoachLogix?

Your privacy and confidentiality are our top priority. We utilize technical safeguards to protect the integrity and security of your information. We regularly back up your data to prevent loss and aid recovery. Additionally, we host data in secure SSAE 16 / SOC1 certified data centers, implement firewalls and access restrictions on our servers, and work with third party security firms to ensure the highest standards are met.

If I start out as a coach, can I become a provider?

Yes. As a coach you also have the option to invite other coaches to your practice. You will be able to assign them coaching engagements from any of your clients. You will serve as the administrator to any engagements that the invited coaches are assigned to. You will also be able to invite other admin users to help you manage your growing practice!

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. We don’t lock you into a contract. You can cancel your subscription anytime. You will still be able to access your account and proprietary content.

What happens if all my subscriptions are in use and I try to activate an engagement for a new coach?

If you try to activate an engagement for a coach that does not have a current subscription, you will be asked to purchase a subscription to continue.

If I do not purchase or renew my subscription will I still have access to my uploaded content and data?

Yes. Your account is free to create and you will always own and have access to your account and data
