This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide to us when you visit our Site and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with the provisions of this Policy, please do not use our Site and Services. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

CHILDREN

Our Site is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on this Site. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 18, please contact us at info@coaching.com.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU AND HOW WE COLLECT IT
  1. Personal Information. We collect personal information that you provide us which identifies you, whether directly or indirectly, such as your name, your company’s name, email address, or any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline.
  2. Account and Profile Information. We collect information about you when you register for an account, create or modify your profile, set preferences, and sign-up for our platform Services.
  3. Content You Provide Us. We collect and store content that you post, send, receive, and share. This content includes any information about you, your company, and you Client User, and Client Data that you may choose to disclose to us. Such content also includes the files and links you upload to use our Services. We collect other content that you submit on our Platform, which may include social media or social networking websites operated by us. For example, you provide content to us when you participate in any interactive features, reviews, surveys, promotions, activities or events.
  4. From the Coaching.com platform, you may connect to an external calendar (Such as Google, iCloud, or Office365) to allow for the synchronization of interviews on Coaching.com with your external calendar.  Coaching.com will read events from your calendar, in order to provide availability (Free/Busy times) to your clients who are scheduling sessions with you.  Vendors that you are connected with on the platfom will be able to see your free/busy time for the purposes of scheduling. Coaching.com writes calendar events to synchronize your external calendar with events that are scheduled on the platform.  Coaching.com does not collect your username and password used to sign into your calendar.  An OAuth workflow is used to connect, which alleviates the need for Coaching.com to collect your credentials.
  5. You may connect to Google to provide Single Sign On (SSO) for accessing Coaching.com.   This is optional, and allows for you to maintain your credentials on Google, and sign into the Coaching.com platform through an integration known as OAuth.   When signing up for an account, you may enter an email and password directly into Coaching.com to create an account, or you can use Google as an authentication provider.  In choosing Google, you will be presented with an Oauth consent screen in which a description of the access, or scopes, will be presented for you to grant access.  For SSO integration with Google, the scopes include the ability to see your primary Google email address, as well as the ability to see your profile information which includes your first and last name.  Once you grant access via the OAuth consent, Coaching.com will be able to see your email, first name, and last name when you log in to the platform.  Email is used by the Coaching.com platform to send event information based on your use of the platform, such as upcoming Coaching Sessions, or reminders for tasks.  Your first and last name are used so that your clients and vendors in the application can address you by name when sending in-app messages, or assigning tasks.
  6. Information You Provide to Customer Support. We may also collect information from you when you provide certain information relating to our Services to our customer support team. For example, you may provide information regarding a technical problem you are experiencing with our Services.
